Occasionally changes to the line-up and / or program times occur that are out of the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the lineup, program times and / or the date of the event without prior notification and refunds will not be available.

Future Entertainment and Ticketmaster have teamed up again to deliver our “Book Now, Pay Later” initiative. That’s right we are giving you the chance to reserve your tickets for Future Music Festival now by paying an initial deposit, and then have the remaining balance conveniently charged to your credit card on a fortnightly cycle.

Limited tickets remain through ticketmaster.com.au (136 100) and the following retail outlets: 78 Records (Perth), Blue 62 (Busselton), Collins Music (Bunbury), DJ Factory (Northbridge), Geraldton CD Centre (Geraldton), Goldfields Art Centre (Kalgoorlie), Live Clothing (All Stores), Mills Records (Fremantle), Planet Video (Mt Lawley) and Vibes (Albany).

COLLECTIONS & ENTRANCE
If you don’t already have your tickets, we STRONGLY recommend you visit your local Ticketmaster outlet to collect them or if you bought them online, print them out before going to the event. If you have chosen the Ticketfast option then remember that you will need to log into your Ticketmaster account to print the tickets. We want to make your entry as quick as possible! If you can’t get them before the event, your tickets can be collected on the day from the Ticket Box located outside the Main Gate.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry.  Prohibited items will be confiscated. No Pass Outs.

OVER 18s ONLY
This event is strictly for those aged 18 years and over. Current photo ID must be shown upon entry to the event. The only acceptable forms of photo ID are: current Australian drivers license, current passport or current Australian proof of age card. Entry may be refused without adequate ID and there will be no refund on your ticket.

ATM
There will be ATM facilities onsite.

DOs AND DON’Ts
No recording equipment (eg. video, tape recorders or professional cameras)

• No alcohol, soft drinks or food is allowed to be brought into the venue
• No glass items
• Drugs of any sort won’t be tolerated. Don’t be stupid and be safe.
• Sealed bottles of water are allowed
• Remember to slip, slop, slap!
• Big smiles are a must!

WRISTBANDS
You will be issued a wristband upon entry. Patrons found within the venue without a valid entry wristband will be removed from the venue at the promoter’s discretion.

TRANSPERTH TRAINS AND BUSES
Public Transport is the easiest way to get to and from the Festival and it’s FREE! Future Music Festival is a joint-ticketed event, meaning your ticket to the Festival includes travel on all Transperth services, for three hours before, during and after the event until the end of service. Simply show your ticket to the driver or inspector on your way to the Festival and your wristband on the way home. Catch the train to Joondalup Station which is a quick walk or free shuttle bus ride to the venue.

PARKING
For those of you driving to the venue, please ensure you have a nominated skipper. Be safe and ensure you do not drink and drive.  There are many car parks within walking distance of Arena Joondalup and all parking is FREE on Sundays. Please note, Festival Patrons will not be permitted to park at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre as it is open for trading on event day.

 
ROAD CLOSURES
Various roads within the vicinity of Arena Joondalup will be closed and detours in place on Sunday 4 March.These road blocks will affect the following roads:

• Waabiyn Way
• Kennedya Drive
• Shenton Ave between Pontiac Way and Lawley Court
• Joondalup Drive from Cord St to Grand Boulevard

Freeway traffic – use Hodges Dr exit only for Joondalup CBD access.

Roads will be re-opened when it is considered safe to do so.

DROP OFF/TAXI ZONE
There will be a dedicated Drop Off/Pick Up Area along Piccadilly Circle. Cars and taxis will enter via McLarty Ave and Grand Blvd. It is then a short walk to the venue.
