Kings Park & Botanic Garden
Kings Park & Botanic Garden, perhaps Perth’s most iconic concert venue, is located in the city’s green heart. Rated by Trip Advisor as one of the top 10 parks in the world, the A-class nature reserve has become a favourite with WA concert goers who flock in their thousands to enjoy balmy summer evenings under the stars.
All tickets available through Ticketmaster.com.au and 136 100. This is a licensed event. All patrons, including minors & babies, must have a valid ticket for entry. Please note that Companion Cards can only be used when purchasing General Admission tickets.

Our concert events are deemed not suitable for young children or infants. This is a licenced event where alcohol will be served. It is located on a greenfield site with limited lighting while the performance will take place. If you choose to attend with a minor (under 18+), they must be accompanied by a parent or Responsible Adult as per the Liquor Control Act 1988 who assumes full risk. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their responsible Adult (parent, step parent, legal guardian, spouse, defacto or someone acting loco parentis in place of a parent), they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Occasionally changes to the line-up and/or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or program times without prior notification.
Picnic rug and hamper, jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, sealed plastic bottled water/soft drink only (NO BYO Alcohol), comfy shoes and good vibes. For seating, see below. Empty aluminium or plastic water bottles are permitted to be brought into the venue for free filling at the water stations.
All reserved seating tickets include a dedicated seat.
-Diamond, Platinum and Gold seating are standard high back chairs, located on the Deck.
-Silver seating is low-to-the-ground beach style chairs, located on the grass.
-General Admission ticket holders will need to bring their own picnic rug or seat if desired.
Low-to-the-ground beach style chairs are recommended in the General Admission area. High back (deck/camping) chairs are permitted, however will be positioned at the rear of the venue.
A seating area is provided for those with wheelchair requirements.
My General Admission tickets say "GENADM" but have row and seat number on them - what does this mean?

Shuttle buses run along Lovekin Drive & May Drive from 4pm - 7pm, picking up patrons at the lighting towers and delivering to main gate (Gate 1). Please note this is a ONE-WAY SERVICE ONLY, helping inbound patrons to enter the show. There are no return shuttle services. We kindly ask for a gold coin donation for this service – all proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House Perth.
A wide range of food options to suit all tastes and budgets will be available for purchase at the venue. Visit jdsfastfoods.com.au to view food vendors in attendance, menus and to pre-order grazing boxes. Patrons can also visit ticketmaster.com.au to pre-order grazing boxes. Alternatively, patrons may bring their own food/picnic. Please be aware of prohibited items listed under “Not Permitted”.
The following items are prohibited from entering the venue:
• Glass (Small perfume bottles are permitted).
• Alcohol and Illicit Drugs.
• Drones, professional audio or video recording or broadcasting equipment including SLR or Go Pro (mobile phones permitted), tripods and selfie sticks.
• Trolleys, Wagons & Carts.
• Umbrellas and shade structures including tents.
• Free standing tables (including cheese tables)
• Sporting equipment.
• Metal cutlery, Wine Spikes & Knives (small, blunt cheese knives permitted).
• Unsealed drink containers (empty, reusable bottles up to 750ml permitted; only soft bottles permitted on deck).
• Gang related masks, headwear or helmets.
• Weapons or dangerous goods such as aerosols, flares, fireworks, lasers or laser pointers.
• Large Items – bean bags & air beds, tables, sun shelters, picnic tables, eskies larger than 26L, trolleys or wagons, reclining chairs, large bags including backpacks.
• Third party promotional material such as stickers, flyers, posters, wristbands or tickets.
• Items that in the opinion of the Promoter and Venue could cause harm or public nuisance.
From time-to-time, shows will have different prohibited items due to specific requirements.
All bags, containers and items are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security. PARKING
- There is ample free general parking on the verges along Lovekin, May and Forrest Drives. Drivers are encouraged to reverse-park to allow easy exit at the end of the night.
- ACROD Parking & ACROD Drop Off/Pick Up is located near Gate 2 on Forrest Drive near the DNA Tower. Note: All vehicles must enter Forrest Drive from the Crawley end of Kings Park as no access from Lovekin Drive (city end) is permitted.
ROAD CLOSURES
- Forrest Drive between Lovekin Drive and the DNA Tower will be closed to pedestrians, vehicles and cyclists from approximately 2.30pm onwards on concert days.
- Lovekin Drive between Forrest Roundabout and Forrest Drive (in front of concert venue - main Gate 1 & Ticket Box area) and the pre-show drop off zone will be closed to all vehicles just prior to show end for up to 1 hour post show.

- A drop-off zone is available in front of the concert venue - main Gate 1 & Ticket Box area on Lovekin Drive (map located below).

ONLY Exit westbound (towards Subiaco / away from the city) via Park, Poole and Saw Avenues
For those parked on Forrest Drive:
ONLY Exit southbound via Park Avenue (Crawley end of park)
CARPARK CLOSURES - Closures on Concert Days
- Botanic Garden Carpark - closed until late December 2019.
- Forrest Carpark - closed on all concert dates from 8.00am. Opens just before show finishes for general pick-ups.
- Wadjuk Carpark - managed by traffic attendants from approx 2.00pm.
- Wanju Marr Carpark & DNA Tower Carpark - closed on all concert dates from 8.00am - 12 midnight.
GENERAL – PLEASE REMEMBER
- We have provided Drop-off and Pick-Up zones as close to the venue entry (Gate 1 & Gate 2) as possible.
- We recommend you allow adequate time to get to the concert as you may need to park and walk a considerable distance. Patrons are encouraged to follow signage and staff directions.
- We ask Patrons to please be patient & courteous.
- Shuttle buses will run along Lovekin and May Drive (pre-show only) from 4pm – 7pm. They will pick up people from the lighting towers and drop to the main gate (Gate 1). We kindly ask for a gold coin donation for this service – all proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House Perth.
