Dark Sky Festival - Fervor Dark Sky Dining

As part of the Dark Sky Festival, this evening is where astronomy meets gastronomy. A sublime, remote dinner under the open stars with ex-Noma chef Paul 'Yoda' Iskov, premium wines by Cullen, and a stargazing guide with a telescope to show you deep into the Milky Way. You'll be served up an incredible multi-course dinner set under the twinkling night sky at Four Mile Creek - complete with bus transfers to and from the magnificent location. The menu focuses on locally sourced native Australian ingredients, including Brolos Western Rock Lobster, where Paul brings the excitement of the region to every dish. In an evening connecting land and sky, this is a magnificent once-in-a-lifetime experience to top off your social eclipse experience.
