TICKETS
All tickets available through Ticketmaster.com.au and 136 100. This is a licensed event. All patrons, including minors & babies, must have a valid ticket for entry. Please note that Companion Cards can only be used when purchasing General Admission tickets.
MINORS
All patrons, including minors & babies, must have a valid ticket for entry. Please refer to our Babes In Arms Policy for further information.
All minors under 18 years of age who have purchased a valid ticket will only be permitted into the concert site if they are accompanied by their parent/step-parent or legal guardian who also hold a valid ticket. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parent/step-parent or legal guardian they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
SET TIMES & LINE-UP
Occasionally changes to the line-up and/or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or program times without prior notification.
WHAT TO BRING
Picnic rug and hamper, jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, sealed plastic bottled water/soft drink (only), comfy shoes and good vibes.
SEATING
All reserved seating tickets include a dedicated seat.
Front Diamond, Diamond, Platinum and Gold seating are standard high back chairs.
General Admission ticket holders will need to bring their own picnic rug or seat if desired.
Low back beach style chairs are recommended in the General Admission area. High back (deck/camping) chairs are permitted, however will be positioned at the rear of the venue.
A seating area is provided for those with wheelchair requirements.
My General Admission tickets say "GENADM" but have row and seat number on them - what does this mean?
This is for ticket tracking purposes only. This information does not mean you have a reserved seat for the event - ONLY Front Diamond, Diamond, Platinum & Gold tickets come with reserved seating.
FOOD
A wide range of food options to suit all tastes and budgets will be available for purchase at the venue. Visit jdsfastfoods.com.au to view food vendors in attendance, menus and to pre-order hampers. Alternatively patrons may bring their own food/picnic. Please be aware of prohibited items listed under “Not Permitted”.
HAMPER COLLECTION
For those who have purchased Hampers you will be able to collect them from the Hamper Collection point just inside Gate 1.
NOT PERMITTED
Strictly NO BYO alcohol and NO glass items. This is a fully licensed event. No tables or umbrellas, professional SLR cameras, video or recording equipment, metal cutlery, wine spikes, bean bags, bean chairs, tents or sun shelters. Sir James Mitchell Park, South Perth Foreshore is a smoke free venue.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. No Pass Outs.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Free public transport (bus, train and ferry) is provided for all ticket holders as this is a joint-ticketed event, meaning your ticket to the show includes travel on all Transperth services, for 3 hours before, during and after the event until the end of service.
Simply show your valid concert ticket to the driver as proof to ride on the way to the show and your wristband on the way home. Check the Transperth web timetables for updates to help plan your journey and for shuttle bus service dropping you at the show.
Arriving to the venue: Transperth shuttle buses depart from the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station to Mill Point Road, South Perth, near the venue entry from 3.30pm until 6.45pm every 10 minutes (approx). Ronald McDonald House will be running shuttle buses between drop off point and Main Entry. Walking routes are indicated for those not wanting to get on shuttle.
Leaving the venue: Transperth shuttles buses will run between bus pick up point (near corner of Coode Street and Douglas Avenue) and Elizabeth Quay Bus Station departing every 3 minutes between 10.00pm and 11.25pm.

PARKING
We do not recommend driving to the event as there is extremely limited parking available. There are two parking options:
- Cnr Coode Street and Mill Point Road for a $5 donation from 3.00pm to 11.00pm (note, 15 x ACROD parking bays will be available in this parking area and are the only ACROD parking. It will be granted on a first in, first served basis and is no charge)
- Wesley College, cnr Angove and Coode Streets for a $5 donation from 5.00pm to 11.00pm
